We have just contracted with Collinson Events, our new housing partner, to manage the reservations for all of our events. They developed an online, real-time reservation program for us.
The websites are now open for individual reservations. Please check back often as new hotels and inventory will be loaded over the next few weeks.
You may also call to book an individual reservation by dialing 1-678-987-9980 Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 8:00 pm Eastern Time.
In the meantime, if you would like to request a block of rooms for your team, please send your request to amoran@collinsonevents.com with the following information:
a. Name of Event with City
b. First and Last Name
c. Name of Team
d. Hotel Request
e. Phone number where we can reach you during the day
f. Email address
g. Arrival and departure dates
h. Number of rooms needed per night
i. Room types requested (i.e. – room with two double beds, room with king beds, etc.)
A representative from Collinson Events will contact you to confirm your block of rooms and provide instructions on how to book your reservations via a dedicated link for your block that you may send to your team to book their reservation.
