How To Register


New this season, all U.S. Finals registrations will be processed through the Varsity Registration Portal. It's important to note that ALL TEAMS will initially register with 3rd place pricing. This does not mean your team(s) earned 3rd place, it is simply a starting point to get them into the registration system. Coaches are no longer required to apply Bid Codes to apply 1st, 2nd, 3rd and GOLD BID discounts, the Registration Coordinator for your U.S. Finals location will take care of all of that for you! Once your team’s best bid of the entire season is verified by The U.S. Finals Registration Coordinator, their discount will be applied.

Your invoice will not immediately reflect your best bid when you first register, and that is okay! We encourage you to get your team(s) registered immediately following your qualifier to secure your spot at The U.S. Finals, but you can wait to settle your balance with us by the registration deadline for your U.S. Finals location. You will need to make payment by the registration deadline, and our Registration Coordinators will be sure that your best bids are applied and your invoice is updated as we near the event registration deadline.

You may make a payment of any amount, at any time leading up to the event. If you happen to earn a better bid, any overpayment will be refunded back to you.

Below is a step by step guide to register your team for The U.S. Finals in the Varsity Registration Portal.

STEP 1:

The button below will take you to the Varsity Registration Portal, where you will choose “Login” to enter the portal. If you have never attended a Varsity event in the past, or if you’ve forgotten your login information, you can contact your U.S. Finals Registration Coordinator for personal assistance!

STEP 2:

Once you have your Login information and password, sign in to the Varsity Registration Portal to choose your Competition.

STEP 3:

Use the text boxes to narrow down your event selection in a variety of ways. It is important to narrow down your search because this page will only show 100 events, which is not the complete list of events.

STEP 4:

After you find the event(s) you are looking for, it’s time to REGISTER!

STEP 5:

Add a team to your registration.

STEP 6:

Input the team name and select the Age Range and Division in which the team will compete.

STEP 6 (Continued):

Select the Division available at the specific Age Range selected.

STEP 7:

Enter Participant numbers, Crossover numbers and select the coach(es) of the team.

STEP 8:

Finalize registration and assign Crossovers.

STEP 9:

Assign Crossovers.

STEP 10:

Submit your registration.
Once your registration has been submitted, you will get an email confirmation with your U.S. Finals invoice.

To view your registration or make changes, click on "My Schedule" on the top of the screen. Scroll down to your U.S. Finals event and click on “View.”

To make a payment via credit card online, click on “Make Payment” next to your U.S. Finals event on the right hand side of the screen. Verify your billing address is correct and then click on “Next.” Fill out your credit card number, CVV Code, expiration date and click “Submit.”

To pay via check, please print your invoice and mail it with in an appropriate form of payment.
